Double Your Impact for the Arts in Georgetown!
Celebrate Community, Create a Legacy.
Help us raise $25,000 by December 1, 2025. The first $10,000 will be matched by a generous donor.
Why it Matters
The Georgetown Cultural Arts Program (GCAP) enriches our mountain community with world-class concerts at the Old School, the Plein Air Arts Festival, and weekly concerts in Library Park on Saturdays during the summer.
These programs create joy, connect neighbors, and bring visitors to the historic Georgetown-Silver Plume National Historic Landmark District.
But ticket sales and festival fees don’t cover the true cost of great art. The price of producing these events, staffing, and attracting world-class musicians continues to rise. GCAP needs your support to continue to provide the quality programming we have come to love. Together, we can sustain a vibrant arts scene in Georgetown for generations to come.
Every dollar helps keep the arts alive. Here’s what your contribution supports:
Four concerts each year at The Old School
The Plein Air Arts Festival, attracting artists from across the country
Mountain Jams partnership, free music in Library Park Saturday during the summer
A historic venue lovingly restored by donors
Over the years, generous donors purchased the piano, the lights, the stage… now it’s our turn to carry the legacy forward. When you give, you join a team of supporters who keep the arts thriving in Georgetown.
The Match Challenge
Right now, your donation goes twice as far. Local residents Beth Montgomery and Matthew Brown have pledged to match the first $10,000 raised, dollar for dollar. That means your $100 gift becomes $200.
Let’s meet this challenge together and raise $25,000 by December 1, 2025.
Support the arts. Celebrate community. Create a legacy.
